Squeese, for those of you who don't  know is a little bar on the corner of Aripita avenue and Alfredo street. It is a very cool little liming place in the sense that the people who run it are nice, the drinks are always cold which is important. Also you can pretty much listen to what music you want too. All in all it's a good liming place, and for those of you who want to buy cd's, poster, ice cream they sell that to. We when an took some pictures of the place you can click on the squeese simple to see them.

Also for those who want to loose weight for Carnival there are two products on the market that are good to use, one  is called THINZ and the other is a mixture of cereals, shakes and  health bars made by a company in the US called Kashi. The Kashi was actually featured in the health section in the Trinidad Guardian. Both products are brought in by the same company with is called C.M.G.A. Ltd.
